By downloading or using GradeOracle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GradeOracle, you confirm you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

• AI-powered Pokemon card identification and variant detection
• PSA grading probability prediction
• Grading ROI calculation
• Card portfolio value tracking

3. No Official Affiliation

GradeOracle is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, PSA, CGC, BGS, TCGplayer, or eBay. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free Tier: 5 scans/month, 20-card portfolio
• Pro: Subscription plans and trial availability are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel anytime in Apple ID Account Settings.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes
• Do not reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Do not use automated tools to make excessive API requests
• Do not misrepresent AI predictions as official grading results

6. Accuracy of Predictions

AI grade predictions are probability estimates based on historical data. Actual grades assigned by grading services may differ. We do not warrant prediction accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

GradeOracle is not liable for financial losses from grading decisions, inaccurate predictions, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
